This is your chance.

A full day at sea combining sailing, conscious breathing and freediving in open water, guided step by step in a relaxed and safe environment. No rush, no pressure, just time to listen to your body and the sea.

We depart from Portoferraio and sail along Elba’s northern coast, an ideal setting for freediving thanks to its clear waters and deep blue shades.
On board, Lara, our SSI Freediving Level 3 Instructor, will introduce you to breathing techniques, relaxation exercises and the fundamentals of safe freediving, always adapting the experience to your level.
Between sessions, there is time to swim, relax on deck, enjoy a tasty lunch and simply let the day flow.
